I met Lisa when she was working for Kodiak Sportsmans Lodge on Kodiak Island, Alaska. She worked as a coordinator setting up fishing trips from her lower 48 home. She came to the lodge as a guest and fished beside me for most of a week. Lisa approached us to run a kayaking excursion for a group of Professional Women. She organized the tour, did an excellent job as the hostess. Lisa, who never kayaked prior to the tour was professional and very enjoyable on the tour. The entire experience was more like paddling with a group of friends rather than a networking group. I wish I could join her on more far off excursions!
